Lateral Arm--Our Perma and Frigerio systems have long been known for its unsurpassed performance and durability. Our 8700 Frigerio system has a lifetime warranty on frame and 8 year warranty on fabric. Components are made of extruded anodized aluminum, available in white, ivory or bronze. Included is a flex pitch shoulder allowing quick and easy angle control. Lateral arms include solid pivot pins, brass bushings and stainless steel chains for continuous tight tolerance and smooth operation. All screws fasteners are made from non corrosive materials. Widths vary from 5 to 40 feet with projections from 5 feet to 13 feet. Fabric covers are available in Sunbrella, Main Street ,Awntex, Sunsure, Texilene, Coastline Plus and Patio 500 .

Vertical Drop For existing structures with vertical openings, our Vivista made by Perma is a vertical roll up awning that is mounted at the top of the opening with a stationary roller tube. A weight bar is fixed at the bottom of the fabric. This system can be wall or ceiling mounted and with or without side tracks. There are no ropes, cords or pulleys to fool with. Control one or multiple units at the push of a button up to 100 feet away or use the simple hand crank mechanism for years of trouble free operation. Maximum widths are 23' as one unit and up to 60' in multiples, with drops up to 14'. The finished appearance of these systems are clean and simple.
